Providing liquidity and preserving legacy.

We are looking to acquire and operate a single, exceptional business for the long-term.

Our Mission

Liri Capital was founded to provide fair, flexible, and stable succession opportunities to small business owners looking to bring new energy into their business. For business owners looking to begin the next stage, Liri Capital offers a unique transition opportunity that is focused on the future, but grounded in history.

People-Centered Approach

Unlike other buyers, we intend to own and operate the business - and we believe that great businesses are made up of great people. Our purpose is to create long-term value for employees, customers, and the community.

Principled Governance

Liri Capital is backed by a team of entrepreneurs with decades of experience owning and operating small businesses. We lead with both expertise and humility so owners can rest assured that their business will remain in good, capable, hard-working hands.

As business owners begin the next chapter of life, we are here to help. In any potential acquisition, we offer tailored transition plans that prioritize the needs of the business owner - both personal and financial.
